Listing rules

Welcome here

• ✓ Marquees, tables, chairs, inflatables, AV and sound, staging, catering and bar equipment, decor, games, heating and cooling, generators, and toilets/amenities for hire
• ✓ Ex-hire equipment sold outright once it's retired from the fleet, with condition stated honestly
• ✓ Trade suppliers and hire companies, provided each listing is a real item, at a real rate, that's actually available
• ✓ Listings that state delivery terms, bond (if any) and what's included plainly

Not allowed

• ✗ Inflatables or amusement devices you can't back with a current annual inspection and a wind/supervision plan - see AS 3533.4.1 in the safety guide
• ✗ Electrical equipment presented as tested and tagged when the tag is missing or expired, or ex-hire electrical gear sold without disclosing it as untested second-hand equipment
• ✗ Public liability insurance claims you can't support with a current Certificate of Currency if a hirer or venue asks for one
• ✗ Listings for equipment you don't have, aren't genuinely available to hire or sell, or that exist mainly to advertise another business
• ✗ Placeholder, joke, or duplicate listings
• ✗ Anything unsafe, non-compliant, or not fit for its stated purpose - if it wouldn't pass the checks in the safety guide, it doesn't belong here

Moderation

Listings go live immediately and are reviewed after publication. Reported listings are checked first. A listing that breaks these rules is removed; a supplier who repeatedly breaks them loses the account. Report anything that looks wrong with the report link on the listing - reports are anonymous to the supplier.
