A furniture list can be numerically correct and still fail on the floor. The dining-zone estimate reserves working room around each table group, but your venue plan must still carry exits, service paths and accessibility.

Common questions
How many people fit at a 1.8 metre round table?
This planner uses ten as the upper planning count. Eight gives more elbow room and may suit wider chairs, place settings or formal service. Confirm the supplier's table and chair dimensions before finalising.
Does the floor area include a dance floor or buffet?
No. The dining footprint covers table groups, chairs and circulation only. Add dance, buffet, bar, stage and service areas separately with the marquee size calculator.
