Common questions
Does the estimate include a dance floor?
Only when you select it. The planner adds 0.16 square metres per guest, with a 12 square metre minimum. Buffet and bar zones are separate because not every event needs them.
Can I book the size shown without a site visit?
Treat it as a shortlist, not an installation specification. Access, ground anchors, exits, wind exposure, weather walls, catering and local requirements can all change the final structure.
